The biggest Region geographically covering the districts of Kitgum, Kotido, Gulu, Pader, Moroto, Apac, Lira, Katakwi, Nakapiripirit, Kapchorwa, Mbale, Palisa, Sironko, Kumi,  and Soroti.

Currently, the region has 76 Kolping families and 2,543 Kolping members. The coordinator of North Eastern Region Mr. Okullo Patrick is responsible for all Kolping activities in the region.
